These Terms & Conditions apply to all stays at Kerry’s Gate Cabin. By making a booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with the following conditions.
Kerry’s Gate Cabin is a private holiday let located on a working farm in rural Herefordshire. Guests agree to use the property responsibly and with respect for the surrounding environment, farm operations, and neighbouring land.
The cabin is intended for peaceful, low-impact stays.
The cabin is designed primarily for couples.
Maximum occupancy is two adults, with the option of one baby.
A travel cot can be provided on request.
The property is not suitable for children beyond infancy.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted.
This policy is strictly enforced due to the presence of livestock and the working farm environment.
Guests arriving with pets may be refused access without compensation.
Guests must respect the quiet, rural nature of the location.
Excessive noise, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.
Only registered guests may stay overnight unless agreed in advance.
Guests acknowledge that the cabin is located on an active farm.
Farm machinery, animals, and farm-related activity may be present.
Guests must follow any on-site guidance provided by the owners for safety.
A fire pit is provided for guest use, along with complimentary logs.
Fires must be supervised at all times and fully extinguished after use.
Guests use outdoor facilities at their own risk.
Fire pits must not be used during unsafe weather conditions.
A telescope is available for guest use by prior request.
Guests are responsible for its safe and careful handling during their stay.
Any damage caused may result in a charge.
Kerry’s Gate Cabin operates using solar energy.
Guests are asked to use electricity, water, and heating thoughtfully.
Wi-Fi is provided for convenience but is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for work purposes.
The cabin should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Please report any breakages or issues as soon as possible.
Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning or damage.
Guests stay at Kerry’s Gate Cabin at their own risk.
The owners are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by negligence.
The rural setting includes uneven ground, wildlife, and farm-related hazards — guests should take appropriate care.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabin.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors and all cigarette ends must be disposed of safely.
The owners reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if these Terms & Conditions are breached, particularly in cases involving safety concerns, unauthorised guests, pets, or excessive noise.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to your stay.
